Terms of service

Last updated November 1, 2026

These terms apply when you use GuessMyAge. By using the site you agree to them.

What the service is

An entertainment tool that guesses how old a face looks in a photo. It is for personal, non-commercial fun. It does not tell your real age and must not be used to verify anyone's age or identity, or to make decisions about anyone.

Your content

Only use photos you have the right to use. Do not use photos of other people without their permission, photos of children unless you are their parent or guardian, or the service to harass, shame or discriminate against anyone. Do not present results as real or as facts about a person.

Credits and payments

The age guesser is free. Paid features, when offered, use credits bought as packs or subscriptions. Prices are shown before you pay. Refunds are covered by our refund policy at /refunds.

No warranty

Results are AI estimates provided as is, without any warranty of accuracy. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service. We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
