How is face symmetry measured?
The AI finds 468 points on your face, draws the midline, and mirrors 12 pairs of features (eye corners, brows, nose wings, mouth corners, cheekbones, jaw) across it. The closer each mirrored point lands to its partner, the higher your symmetry score.
What is a good face symmetry score?
Nobody is 100% symmetrical. Most straight-on photos score between 90% and 98%. A turned head or tilted phone lowers the score, so use a photo taken straight on at eye level.
What is the golden ratio face test?
The golden ratio is 1.618. Classic beauty canons say, for example, that the mouth should be about 1.618 times as wide as the nose, and that the face splits into equal thirds. We measure these ratios on your face and show how close each one is.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. Everything is measured in your browser and your photo never leaves your device.
Does a symmetrical face mean a more attractive face?
