Refund policy

The age guesser is free. This policy covers credits bought for paid features on GuessMyAge.

Failed generations

Credits come back automatically only when nothing could be made (the model failed or refused). Once the model has made something, the result is delivered and uses its credits, even if it isn't perfect; a result that is clearly broken can be refunded by email. Results caused by your own photo, such as a blurry or hidden face, are not broken results.

Unused credits

If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid period.

How to ask

Email us with the address you signed in with, the date of the purchase and what went wrong. We reply within 3 business days.
